    <description>&lt;P&gt;Could it be maybe that you used a different email address when you used the Arlo app? I do see the Arlo baby still on the account as well as being online and working. Were you able to get logged in?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't used arlo for a while and now trying to sell my arlo baby camera and demonstrate it works. i am unable to log in on my iphone to this useless app, unable to add the camera even after factory reset to my account again. i am so happy i am not using arlo anymore, as i would be losing my hair with this useless set of products. I had a bunch of arlo cameras but dumped them to the trash a few years back due to the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also unable to get in touch with support, the chatbot is "unable to understand" what I try to say when I type "I would like to log in via my smartphone app" and there's no email or web form to reach out. stay away from this crap company, might as well buy some cheap chinese trash, you get the same quality&lt;/P&gt;</description>
