Hi, Is there a way to add baby camera to home devices? Tried calling customer service, they transferred me to another person who pretended they can’t hear me and hung up

Of course it is possible that something went wrong with the call transfer, and the person actually couldn't hear you.

That said: Phone support requires a subscription, and you get it through the support center in the app. If you googled for a phone number, then you likely ended up at a scam support site. So you were perhaps lucky.
