Can’t add my baby Arlo to Apple Home

Hello

I had my baby Arlo added to my Apple home but I had to reset my home and start over again

unfortunately when I try to add the baby Arlo it’s stuck at discovering my devices

had similar issue with my base station which was fixed with a token reset

can I have same token reset for my baby Arlo

I've reset the token on your Arlo Baby device. Please try setting up HomeKit again and let me know if you experience any issues.

unfortunately I am still stuck on “Discovering your device, please wait “

and it will not show up

i did restart my device multiple times same thing

any suggestions?
