      <description>Help! I have had an arlo baby camera since 2019. We turn it off when not in use. The other day when it was on, we smelled burning in my sons room. We quickly realized it was the camera lens. It was so hot to touch it burnt me!! This is a hazard to my child. Is there a way to fix this? Why is this happening?</description>

      <description>Yes! I agree! But I cannot get in touch with support. It was gifted to us and we don’t have a subscription. Do you know how I get in touch with someone? It keeps saying I don’t have access to a live person</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is a user-to-user forum, and neither&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/378"&gt;@jguerdat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;nor I work for Arlo.&amp;nbsp; So we really can't say whether Arlo support will accept some other proof of purchase or not.&lt;/P&gt;
