    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have bought an Arlo baby 2nd hand, it has definitely been removed from the previous owner. I have fully setup using the app and have a solid blue light, but it constantly shows offline in the app. If I click on device info, the hardware icon is empty. Bizarrely the music occasionally starts playing. Arlo support have confirmed it is not linked to anyone else’s account. They have no idea how to fix it. Anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Test the camera via your browser (&amp;nbsp; my.arlo.com&amp;nbsp; ) to eliminate the possible app issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, did you do a full reset on the device prior to installing? ( btw, battery is under feet )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
