Alrlo baby camera solid amber

I have the arlo baby camera. The amber light is solid. Cannot use it. Spoke with multiple individuals had me do same rest. It will not work, just stays amber.

If you have tried this reset

and it's still solid amber meaning that the camera is booting, then it may be faulty.

I tried that, it just stays amber. Is it some fault with the software? It was working just fine then it stopped.

I don't know where the fault may be.

Try turning the battery off and removing power.

Then power up again and wait to see what happens.

Try resetting with the battery off.

I made sure the battery switch was off. I tried letting the battery drain. Pressed the reset button, the light stayed solid amber.

Pressed the reset button, the light stayed solid amber.

Just to be sure, a RESET requires the button to be held in about 10 secs till the front led flashes
