      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Arlo is not working anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;Was working fine, then cut out, and won’t connect. The light is solid Blue, deff not purple, but my app keeps telling me it’s offline, no matter how many times I reset, disconnect, reconnect, reinstall, turn off or on.&lt;BR /&gt;It won’t connect to my phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue. &amp;nbsp;They bricked our devices, and offer zero support. &amp;nbsp;I'll never buy another Arlo product if this is how they treat their customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
