topic Arlo Baby stopped recognizing power cord in Arlo Baby

About a year and a half ago our ArloBaby monitor stopped recognizing the power cord. I tried using a different cord that fit and it worked so I thought the cord was the issue and we got a new one from Arlo. The new one has always been finicky too and now it almost never works. We have to wiggle the cord at the base so get it to acknowledge it’s plugged in and most of the time that only lasts a few minutes and then it stops charging and quickly dies.

Feeling very frustrated and wondering if others have had the same issue and whether there may be a solution.

Thank you!

Re: ArloBaby power port

Sounds more like the usb power port over the cable...

Unfortunately, unless it is still under warranty ( one year ) not much luck, as there is no repair service.

( unless you know someone very handy with electronics that could possibly replace the port or hard wire it )
