    <description>Yeah, holding down reset does nothing. Any advice on what to do if it is hardware related? The camera is less than 12 months old.</description>

      <title>Arlo Baby Not Responding. Tried resetting but only shows amber light flashing.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the life of me I cannot locate my Arlo baby when trying to connect. It worked fine for months then one night just disconnected and we haven’t been able to get it back on since. Resetting via reset button does nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;Amber light flashes, but then goes off and the White Back light comes on. This happens on loop.&lt;BR /&gt;When connecting I hear the chime when doing it by QR Code but then it can’t locate the camera. Can’t locate on Apple home either. Any ideas before it goes in the bin?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you hold the reset for about 10 secs.... till the front LED flashes amber&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also don't forget to turn off battery switch under feet for a few secs after unpowering&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Appreciate your response but I’ve held the reset button for 10 seconds on multiple times and yesterday was the first time the Arlo was powered up in about 8 weeks.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;During a reset of holding down button for 10 secs or more, the front led will flash amber... if it doesn’t, then it hasn’t reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From what you described, it may be a hardware issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
