Music and light settings changed on their own

For the past two nights, we've woken up to a screaming baby because our Arlo baby monitor started playing the music at full volume, and the night light was turned off all by itself. Also, I normally have the LED indicator light turned off, but this was also switched on, all by itself. All of this is very unnerving, to say the least. How the heck did this happen, and how can I make it stop?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

I have the exact same issue.

VERY annoying! The light is on all the time (blueish)

Have you tried to turn off the status LED in the Device settings?

I have been able to turn off the status light, but the volume knob still disappears at times. Also, I can not pair both iphones to the same arlo on the same WiFi. The unit still seems intermittent,
