Arlo Baby - usb problem with connection

Now, My Arlo don't have guaranty,

I have problem with usb inside Arlo, when i plug the cable, arlo sometimes is connected but it is difficult to find out the good position of cable in socket.

I want to open Arlo but I have no idea how to open.

Do you have any instruction or simple movie how to open Arlo Baby webcam?

We don't encourage anyone to open the Arlo Baby camera. For any problems you have with the hardware physically, you can try contacting the Support Team to see if they can try assisting you. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

Really sad but your support team said that from Poland there is no service after guarantee and despite this siutation they dont want to send me any instructions for this device ...

So bad bad bad really bad maintainence after guarantee...
