      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can’t complete a hard reset of my baby Arlo. There is a solid amber light when I turn it on and nothing changes when I press the reset button for 10 secs or more.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can see a lot of others have the same problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
