Cannot create Arlo account

I have got Arlo Baby camera, and I have downloaded the Arlo apps, it shows the error message when I create an account. I have tried several times, and it still has the same problem. Also, there is not option for me to create an arlo account through website. How to solve it? Thank you.

Hi @cluyh

To create an Arlo account navigate to https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login or open the Arlo mobile app on your mobile device. From there click or tap New System Setup and follow the on screen prompts.
