    <description>My wife and I use the app (on apple devices) to monitor our daughter. All has been fine for almost a year, but in the past week I have been unable to connect regularly and now neither of us can connect.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No sound or video, app gives the eternal whee of death while says ‘connecting...’&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What should we do to resolve this issue?</description>
