Hello Arlo Baby Community,

We found that if a user has the Arlo Baby connected to an AT&T U-verse router model 5268AC on the 5GHz band, the camera may disconnect for no apparent reason. We believe this is a router issue. However, we are actively investigating this issue to see if there's anything we can do from our side to fix this. We will provide another update if we identify a fix that can be done to the Arlo Baby camera itself.

Our recommendation is for user to connect Arlo Baby to the 2.4GHz band instead. If you are still experiencing disconnect issues while connected to the 2.4GHz band please let us know. If anyone experiencing this issue would like to participate in a field trial with beta firmware please let us know.

Thank you for being a part of the Arlo Family!

ChristineT

NETGEAR Community Team

Update: Arlo Baby Firmware release 1.8.0.31 has resolved this issue.
