Microphone icon on Arlo app is showing occasionally grey? What does it mean? See picture.

Can someone help me figure out why the microphone icon is sometimes white which is most the time and occasionally its grey? Whats it mean when its grey? Ive attched a pic to explain what i mean.

Hey Concoop,

If it's greyed out, it means you can't use the microphone/push-to-talk feature.

Are you a primary account holder or the grant access user? Is this happening on the web client on your computer as well?
