hold in for ten secs till the led flashes, resync again

Arlo baby is not recording to library

Woke up to see notifications that my Arlo Baby "heard my baby crying" but there were absolutely no recordings in the library. I can't tell when or for how long he was crying. I have two Baby Arlos and have no audio or motion recordings from either in the library (even after getting them from their cribs, turning lights on, changing diapers, etc.) Notifications from my Arlo Pro, however, are showing up just fine. I've never had this happen before. Any advice or suggestions?

Just to be on safe side, I would power down ( also turn off switch under feet for battery ) and then repower and let it resync up ( which it should do automatically after about 1-2 mins )

Thank you! @TomMac I unplugged and turned off, restarted through the app, and removed device and synced again. Now audio recordings are going to the library but absolutely no motion recordings. Any ideas?
