Accidentally removed Arlo device. Tried to add but light never comes solid amber.

Hi, mistakenly I deleted my Arlo device I have been using for more than 2 years. I try to add the same again and the light never comes solid amber as mentioned on the step to add a device. What I should do? Please help me

Which device/model ? base or cameras?

If base, what are all the leds showing
