Arlo Baby not working

My Arlo Baby ABC 1000 was working just fine, when the battery ran dry and I reconnect it the cámara just never came back online. This is a huge shame because the Arlo baby was working fine and we were so happy with the product.
Can anyone help with this issue. It is just not working.

Have u tried turning off the battery ( switch under feet ) and plugging in?

Yes of course. The issue is that usually when you connect the power source to the Arlo baby there a orange light that turns on and starts flashing. That light has not turned on.
