Arlo Baby lullabies not playing sound

No sound when playing lullabies or white noise from app. App shows sound playing but only a click noise coming from Arlo Baby unit.

The music button on the unit also does not play sound.

Both had previously worked.

Thank you. The issue has resolved itself somehow. Hopefully it’s not an issue with the hardware

Hello,

Sound, microphone and lullaby’s are not working on my daughters Arlo Baby Cam. Does anyone have any idea what’s going? I’ve tried factory resetting and updated the app but nothing works.

Does this occur on the web browser & Arlo app?

If you press the music button on the side of the camera does a lullaby start playing?

At that time the buttons on the side did not produce sound either.

It has happened a few times now but I just restart the device and it works again.
