      <description>On the app.  I do not use the web and have no plans on using it to use this monitor.  I have the most up to date version of the app as well.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like you are up to date on the latest firmware. I can not replicate it, so it may be a hardware issue. I would suggest contacting customer support &amp;amp; provide them with our thread as well. The camera has a 1 year warranty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the exact same issue, and three factory resets didn't fix it.&amp;nbsp; But deleting the app and reinstalling it did.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
