Hello,

We have frequent disconnection issues with our Arlo Baby - very frustrating.

No other devices on our home WiFi disconnect like this.

I typically have to either a) restart the monitor or b) restart the wireless router and it still does not work consistently.

Resetting the monitor is pretty useless when it wakes our baby up every time I do it!

We have even had to resort to putting an older baby monitor in the room as a backup that we use whenever the Baby Arlo decides to stop working.

Is there an error log or any information as to why the device disconnects?

Any help or assistance would be much appreciated.

Hardware Version 6, Firmware1.9.9.0_808

Regards,

Jeff

Have you tried a full reset ( hold reset for about ten secs till led flashes ) ( you'll have to resync it again )

Also make sure the led isn't flashing sort of blue/amber which means it may be at its' max range.

Mine goes out maybe 1-3x a yr and just needs to be powered down and back. ( unknown reasons )
