Logged out because I was logged in from another device. Changed password but happens again?

Woke up a few times in the middle of the night and checked the monitor and it says I've been logged out because I was logged in from another device, no one else has access except me. Changed password and it happened again. Anyone else? It looks like I only get logged out in the middle of the night.

Prob not a hack if you used a strong PW and changed it already...

Have seen at night ( when most fw updates happen too ) some times the far end does a reset and I have been logged off now and then thru no actions on my side.

Yes, I get that a few times a week

Hi krenton,

Try to log out on all devices that you are logged on to, reinstall the Arlo app, and log back in. And if you have other people using your account, you can have them create an account and give them grant access, which you can read here: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?
