    <description>&lt;P&gt;When viewing my Arlo Baby camera over cellular data, the stream quality is perfect, with about a one second delay, which is totally understandable. When viewing it over the same WiFi network that the camera is on, it's basically unwatchable. Choppy stream, lags and freezes constantly. I've reset and everything. It's been this way for months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is this also happening when viewing on the web client on your computer when on WiFi? You might want to try rebooting your router to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
