Unable to use microphone, light or music from my phone with Arlo Baby

My husband set up his android S10 and then added my S9 after. He can use all the Arlo features however, none of them work on my phone. I can only view the live feed and any recordings in the library but I cant speak through the microphone, play music or change the lighting from the Arlo. All my permissions on my phone are allowed for the Arlo device. I'm wondering, does Arlo only allow one primary phone with full access to the features?

I have tested this on my Android phone and was not able to replicate as described.

What version of the Android app are you using?
