Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion. We've tried powercycling before but the reset idea was something we hadn't tried yet.
Unfortunatelly it still doesn't work, so we're going to contact support as this unit is less then a year old

Regards,

Temperature and humidity shows 0 degrees and 0% after several reboots. Air quality is fine.

Hello,
Does anyone have the following issue with Arlo Baby:
Temperature and Humidity show 0 degrees and 0%, even after several reboots. Air quality is still available, but that's it

Camera works fine otherwise but we don't get these values for a couple of weeks now. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Thanks,
Robert

If you 1) turned off battery switch ( under feet ) and 2) unplugged for a few mins then restarted with a Factory reset ( hold in reset for 10 sec or so till led flashes amber )

If still NG, it may be a defect. Have you contacted Arlo Support re possible warrenty

I just wanted to report that we indeed contacted support and they asked us to send the unit for RMA. We did and received a new one today. This one works fine and the temperature and humidity values are showing normal values again!
