Can't connect Arlo Baby to Arlo iOS app. Scanned QR code and makes sound but cannot find.

Hello,

I am trying to add arlo baby to my ios app for the first time and it doesnt work

after I turn on arlo baby app doesnt find any cameras

i do Qr code configuration

enter my home wifi network name and passwd

click syn button 2 or more sec

show qrcode to camera and it sounds

but for long time search on app doesnt find any arlo baby

how come? what can i do ? i have tried this many times

i also tried reset device with paper clip

what am I doing wrong ?

what should i try ?

Hi marmagi,

Make sure that you type your network SSID and password correctly as the characters are case-sensitive.
