topic Cannot update to the new app in Arlo Baby

So we have been using Arlo Baby for a year now since the birth of our son. The product has been great! We use an iPad 3 to constantly have our son in view. Unfortunately when we are asked to quickly update the app, the app store tells us that our iOS version is not supported. We do not have the money to buy a new / other device.

Am I right to assume that this camera will be turned into an expensive piece of garbage after september 30th? Or is there an other way to get the app to keep on working on our iPad?

Thanks in advance.

The iPad 3 is limited to iOS 9.3.5, and Arlo has said that you'd need at least iOS 10.3.4.

You could try using the web interface ( https://my.arlo.com ) from a PC. FWIW, I can't access my cameras using Safari or Chrome on my own iPads.
