      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep getting ‘the device failed to connect’ and haven’t had access to the video for 2 days. Is this a defect and i need to return it? Have tried restarting, all the possible solutions. Nothing has worked. All firmware is up to date&lt;/P&gt;</description>
