Just moved and Arlo Baby won't load live view but everything else works

I just moved to sylvan and the internet is better here then in the country after I set up my arlo it stopped loading when I would try to check it on my phone, it just continuously shows the loading icon. Help please I need to be able to fix this so I can keep an eye on my baby he is 2 floors away from me in our new place.
