Arlo Baby stuck in boot mood and shows solid amber light on

My arlo baby is stuck in perpetual boot mode as in amber light is on with a solid light.

I have tried to resync and reset it but the amber light is still solid on.

I have tried the solutions I have found here to no avail.

Same thing here. Was working just fine until Friday. Did you contact customer service? Did they have anything helpful to suggest (troubleshooting or whatever)? Are they replacing it?

i contacted customer service. they were able to rectify my issue therefore i did not require a replacement.
