Always listening mode not working on Arlo Baby. Keeps shutting off in the middle of the night.

The always listening mode keeps shutting off in the middle of the night. Multiple times I have gone to bed and awakened to my baby crying and the always listening mode has just shut off. It looks like it is on but there is no volume. This is super frustrating and rather distressing to know my newborn baby is crying at night and I’m not hearing him! Please help!

What device and OS are you using.... ?

Or is it the phone or the system causing the issue?

I can run the system on an S7/OS 8x for 6-7hours without issues

Can you log in with another device to test and narrow down the issue?

The same this is happening to our monitor too! Super annoying 😞 I have always listening mode on and the app open to my child’s camera all night and it is always silent by morning even though the monitoring part is still live in his room. Anyone know how to fix this?!
