      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone help with frozen screen and no sound when arlo app is opened and put into full screen mode? I've had this happen multiple times where I wake up to hear my baby screaming in the other room and look over at my phone screen and see her sleeping peacefully with no crying? Only to find out the screen is frozen and no sound at all. It's very frustrating because my baby had been crying for an hour and I didn't hear it until she was crying bloody murder. I've updated iphone to IOS 12.2 and updated the app but it keeps happening. AND the app constantly force quits too! I've had that happen a lot too. Was wondering if there's anything I can do before I buy something more reliable. So extremely disappointed in this product because it should be more reliable for what I paid for it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
