    <description>Tried creating account on app.  Create then continue.  Password entered.  3 choice buttons: log in or new to Arlo or support.  Only one that works is new.  Takes you back to enter email. Vicious circle!  Haven’t taken camera out of box yet !!!!!!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Working here. WHat phone, OS and app version? Have you updated everything? Have you tried WIFi and cell service? How about rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
