Arlo Baby not responding and went offline for no reason

A few days ago my Arlo Baby went offline for no reason, we thought the power plug had come out and it had gone flat.

It has since been plugged in with power and will not show any signs of life, tried different plugs etc. tried reset nothing will wake this arlo baby.

Hoping there will be a way to fix this? i've tried everything i can think of.

No charge, no connection nothing.

If your Arlo Baby is not powering on even when plugged in, I would suggest to contact our support team with the link that jguerdat mentions.
