      <description>I have two baby monitors that I am trying to install in different rooms for my twins. It let me add one no problem, but it will not let me add the second monitor. It lets me go through the whole process even naming the camera. It just will never add it. Thanks</description>

      <description>Yes, I tried resetting and it didn’t work I had to set up a new account with a different email address for the 2nd one  and grant permission to view. Now we have access to both of them. Thanks</description>
