Arlo Baby App - Screen turns off in full screen

Hi,

When using the Arlo App, after about 30 secs of entering into full screen the phone goes into standby.

Previously, the phone would stay awake for as long as i wanted. However recently it has been shutting off after 30 secs.

Is there a setting other then changing auto lock setting i can try?

You don't mention phone or OS ( which is important )

I don't get this issue on a Samsung S7 / os 8x

( bet your on an apple X or ios 12x )

Yep iPhone XS with Ios12

Are you running the latest iOS version and Arlo app? Try to reinstall the Arlo app and restart your iPhone to see if that helps.
