Problem With Arlo Baby 261 I-Phone

Thank you for fixing the audio on Arlo Baby but ver. 261 now brings a major problem and it’s the only reason why I bought Arlo. When you set the temperature range I am not getting PUSH alerts anymore on my I-phone only e-mail when the temperature goes above what I set. This puts my pets at risk now. I never had a problem getting push alerts before? I am getting puch alarts from motion and sound just not for Temperature, Air quality and humidly.

Have you tried to reboot your Arlo Baby? What iPhone & OS are you running? Do you have the latest firmware version on your Arlo Baby?

No I did not reboot everything elce is working fine. I am useing I-phone 5S IOS 12...I have firmware 1.8.5.3_21226.......

I went to test the temperature Threshold setting by trying to lower the max temperature on the slide bar and found I can not adjust/move the settings while in fahrenheit mode with your new update app 2.6.1. This could be where the problem is because I did not get the push notification when it got warm in my house. Thank you.

I got the temperature bar to move but now the lowest temperature I can set it to is 93F. Please look at this slide bar. Thanks

Is this the IOS 12.1 you have installed? I was not able to replicate this issue with an iphone running 12.1 iOS. Our slide bar was working as intended.

Apple has released iOS 12.1. I see you mention using 12.01. Do you mean you have the most up to date OS 12.1?
