Since upgrading app to version 2.6.1 the always listening mode will not work.

Laochsner,

When you view the Always Listening feature is the head logo with an (x) or without? You will need to click the logo so it is displaying the X and test again.

As you can see from the photo attached the x is displaying but by selecting the x according to you means always listening is activated actually makes the sound turn off completely. If there is no x I can hear but then the sound will only work if I am in the app. Previously, always listening mode allowed me to be working on my phone outside the app or my screen was locked and you can still hear.

Laochsner,

The (x) symbol on the left of the screen is the master Audio. If you press this the sound will mute. I was referencing the logo of the head on the right side of your screenshot. Press the ( head logo ) so there is an (x) displayed on the head & press the sound ( microphone logo ) on the left so their is volume waves and test again.

This worked for me. The icon appears to be reversed, is this a bug?
