Arlo Baby New Icon?

The app just updated on my iPhone and there is a new unexplained icon that does not seem to do anything? It’s a head with wifi signal icon? What is it and what does it do? Also somehow my sound for Arlo Baby is not working after the update but if I record it and play it back it has sound.
