Once you release the microphone button, you should then hear sound again. Are you releasing the button?

I have two Arlo baby. Neither Push to Talk work. No sound is heard when you use Push to Talk.

iPhone X, iOS 11.4.1
App version 2.5.4
Device firmware 1.8.4.5_20140

Ammmm,

If you have two not working, this indicates there could be an issue with iOS device.Try using a different mobile device or a computer and see if you still have the same experience.

Another thing to check is the speaker volume on the Arlo Baby cameras. Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > My Devices > select your baby camera > Device Settings > Audio Settings > Make sure the speaker is toggled on and adjust the volume slider.

Hi JamesC,

I tried the web version. I noticed that when I pushed the talk button, it will mute the arlo baby (the sound button on the bottom status bar toggle off as shown in the screenshot). Isn't the 2 way talk supposed to be able to talk to and hear from the camera at the same time? Why does it turn off the sound when I push the talk button.

Thanks,
