Or do I need to buy a special version ?

There's only one model of the camera. Netgear released a grey rabbit suit for the camera, but the hardware remained unchanged, so any version of the Arlo Baby should work with homekit. Amazon is running a great price at the moment, so if you're in the market, now is as good of a time as there will be.
