&lt;P&gt;Do you see this behavior when streaming locally (connected to the same network as the Arlo Baby)&amp;nbsp;or when streaming with your mobile data connection (remote). Or does this happen regardless of where you're connecting to the stream?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Intermittent Arlo Baby Camera Disconnections</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If app (on sony &amp;amp; Iphone) is keept open it will randomly loose connection and start buffering.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Opening up the app can at times be extremly difficult. It will say that the camera is not connected or not turned on or it will just enlessly buffer. After restarting the app or webpage numerous times it will work, but sometimes it can take up to 10-15 minutes (this can be after recieveng an alert of movement or sound and we will have to manually check instead). During this time the camera will still be on and playing music.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sometimes when opening up the app I will get sound but no image.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried different troubleshootings including moving the router closer and moving other electronics out of the way.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I use a Sony Xperia Z5 Premium and stationary pc to connect to the camera.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The camera is shared with my wife and she connects with iphone 7 or laptop.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="settings-list-item"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Machine Version 7&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
