I lost my Arlo Baby charger and haven't been able to find an official replacement in Amazon nor Best Buy. I'm not

What are the specifications of this charger so I can use a spare one that won't damage the camera?

Any Qualcomm QuickCharge adapter such as those for recent Samsung phones will work. It has 5v and 9v outputs.
