iOS app bugs....

Hi,

Imported the arlo baby unit as I didn't want to wait for an unknown UK release date... seems the app is quite buggy. I'm on an iphone 5 iOS 9.0.2 and it has the following problems

1. Sometimes refuses to go Live (rotating circle indicator constantly). Quitting the app and restarting seems to work sometimes.

2. Sometimes stays on 'Getting Started' despite full wifi. See above for fix

3. Using the environment status button without going 'Live' crashes the app.

4. Using push to talk causes Live feed to freeze and update maybe every 5 seconds.

Just a few things I've noticed

PS...there is also a new APP version out

also wonder if the phone OS can be updated .?

I had the latest firmware.... but didn't realise a new app version was released a few days ago. Will see if that fixes things cheers

I have tested the NEW app version and using an Ipad g2 / os 9.3.5....

Still has a bug with the temp/hum/air icon if used about 50% of time... locks up app, have to close to get active.

TomMac,

I have tested this on an Ipad 2, same OS version as you mention and did not have any issue with the app locking up. Do you have this issue when tapping any other icons (night light, music, always listening icons)?
