topic Echo Show and Buffering in Arlo Baby

Just recently purchased an echo show so that we can use it as a baby monitor screen for the Arlo baby. We have everything up and running, and at times the stream will go for 1-2 hours withou problem. Other times, the video shows that it is buffering, and then quits the app. This makes the show nearly useless for an overnight monitor if it quits out of the app at any sign of communication issue. Is there any fix to this? Do not have the same buffering problems to the phone. Have 300/30 mbps internet and wireless AC 2.4 and 5 ghz. Instead of quitting the stream and exiting, it would be nice if Echo just reset the stream. Any help is much appreciated.

Is the Show on the same network as the Baby? If so, do you get a small white house symbol at the bottom left of the display?

Show is on the same network, no house symbol is showing up, so it must be streaming video from the cloud. Anyway to force it to stream local only?

Not that I know of. Perhaps it's only configured to do so with the mobile apps. It would be great if it did stream locally with the very short delay on the Show
