Just downloaded new app, not sure if that is related to my problem but now night vision is so dim i can’t see my baby!</P> <P>have tried all the trouble shooting stuff. Turned night mode off and on, turned up brightness, turned off status lights, checked camera is not pointed toward a reflective surface etc etc.</P> <P>also very annoyingly the live chat on Arlo support won’t load and i need this fixed asap.
