arlo door bell no notices

The arlo audio doorbell works, but the app is not calling when people press then button. It allso seems to be stuck in "silent mode".

When can aslo fix this?

What happens when you try to take it out of silent mode?

In the web, it refuses.

In the app, it is "out of the mode" but it doesnt work.

I made a video.

Note that clicking the doorbell button needs to be done twice.

What happened to Arlo as a company???

Have you tried to uninstall and then reset the doorbell and re-onboard it?
