Have you rebooted your phone, too? What happens if you use the phone mic for something else such as speaker mode when on a phone call? Did you check the doorbell audio settings?

Hi,
I have an Arlo Pro Camera System with audio doorbell and chime.
It has worked perfectly until recently.
The speaker in the doorbell will no longer work...instead of my voice coming through remotely from my Samsung phone, a squeaky sound is emitted as I speak. If I use the message function with a standard message, eg leave the package etc the same squeaky sound is made.
The microphone on the doorbell works perfectly with audio received on my phone very clearly.
I have purchased a new Arlo doorbell with the same result.
I have installed another base station again with the same exact result.
I have updated firmware, reset the doorbell, reloaded my app on my Samsung phone etc...
Jim
