Can you add a rule to turn off getting calls when at home but get them when away?

I am trying to get a straight answer about this. I am wanting to know if it is possible to add a rule to turn off getting calls from the doorbell when at home but get called when away. I know you can do it manual in the app.

You cannot turn off getting calls in a rule. You can only turn off motion/audio detection - not doorbell presses.
